Amann Girrbach has added Zolid Lunaris to its trusted Zolid zirconia family, a high translucent, high chromatic zirconia designed to deliver a more accurate Vita Shade match while cutting down on post-processing time.
Zolid Lunaris features an intensified, more vivid chromatic coloration across its 16 A–D shades and five bleach shades than other products in the Zolid range. The result is a naturally vibrant, lifelike restoration straight off a mill-sinter-glaze workflow, with minimal need for further staining or characterisation.
With strength of over 1,000 MPa, Zolid Lunaris covers everything from single crowns to 14-unit bridges, and is available in heights from 12mm to 30mm. Paired with the Therm DRS furnace, crowns and up to three-unit bridges can be sintered in as little as 15 minutes without compromising material properties, enabling same-day restoration production. The material is fully integrated into Amann Girrbach’s Ceramill software, with process parameters preloaded for safe, reliable handling, and its 98mm blank format is compatible with common dental milling machines.
