Modern 3D printers like the Asiga Max or Sprintray Pro 2 handle a wide range of materials. They are ideally suited for printing splints, templates, models, and much more. Combined with Digital Press Design technology, they merge the precision of digital workflows with the reliability of proven ceramic press techniques. This means fewer manual steps in the lab while long-lasting, aesthetic restorations can still be achieved.

An essential component of this workflow is ProArt Print Wax, a burnout wax developed specifically for the demands of Digital Press Design. ProArt Print Wax can now also be used on the printers from Asiga and Sprintray.

The quality of a printed wax pattern depends on how well that material works with your specific printer. Parameters such as curing time, layer thickness, build platform adhesion and thermal behaviour need to be aligned precisely to ensure accurate, stress-free patterns that burn out cleanly.

Through extensive testing and close collaboration with the manufacturers, ProArt Print Wax is now validated for use on the Asiga printers as well as the Sprintray Pro 2. By combining validated printing materials with powerful printers, you gain an efficient, reliable and cost-effective way to create reproducible wax patterns for the Digital Press Design process.
